Solution I
Brief Introduction
This set of gold mining machinery including reamers trommel screen,centrifuge and crushing gold equipment, the capacity of 30-60 t/h, which is our company according to user’s requirements design&manufactured. This set of equipment with easy operation, low failure rate, is the favourite in the market.The advantage as belows:
1.Central water supply system of Reamers&Trommel Screen Separator is on central and trommel’s both sides.The central is used for material washing, both sides is responsible for washing the mesh to prevent clogging.
2.As the technology is mature, machine with lower failure rate, simple operation and convenient maintenance
3.1200# horizontal automatic discharge with no break centrifuge, PLC control without need of seeking balance on ground, simple and convenient operation
4.The 2sets gold shaking sluice with high capacity can prevent the gold grass to be hardening
Technical process
The raw material getting into the hopper by excavator or other, then through the shaking feeder getting into jaw-type crusher to be crushed,the mixture through conveyor into reamers and trommel screen gold separating machine to be separated into 2 sizes,≧4mm≤4mm.The samll size≤4mm getting into mineral box though mineral separating device;the big size≧4mm getting into Sandmaking machine specialized for rockmine to be crushed then into mineral box.
Mineral in mineral box then getting into 100#centrifuge by sand pump to be separating,concentrate get from concentrate discharging port,scrap material into 2sets of gold shaking sluice for further separation,finally the scrap into waste pool.

Solution II
Technical process
The Raw material get into feed hopper then send by shaking feed into the jaw crusher to be crushed,the crushed material get into impact sand making machine I to make sand,then transport into trommel screen to be classified into 2size,≤5mm,≥5mm,
The one in size≥5mm will be transported by conveyor into another impact sand making machine to be crushed then get into trommel screen to be classified,
The one≤5mm will be send to bucket sand washing machine machine then into the dewater screen to get rid of water,then finally clean sand get and transported to destination area.
